About Ashley
Hi! My name is Ashley, and I’m a Year 11 violinist excited to help students grow and enjoy their own musical journey. I hold an AMEB AmusA and am currently working towards the LMusA diploma, with over 10 years of playing experience. I perform in my school orchestra and string ensembles and have played as a soloist and in orchestras since the age of four. I have been part of many ensembles throughout my diverse performing journey, including international tours, which have given me broad experience as both a performer and a collaborator. I hope to engage with the music community and support musicians of all ages in their musical journeys!
My qualifications:
- AMEB Violin AmusA Diploma (2024)
- AMEB Theory of Music Grade 5 (2024)
- 9+ years of experience in orchestras & ensembles
- HKCSO (Hong Kong Children Symphony Orchestra) tours to Russia, Finland, Sweden, Thailand

Hi! I’m Ashley, a Year 11 violinist with an AMEB AmusA diploma and years of experience in orchestral and chamber performances. I teach students of all ages and levels from complete beginners to those preparing for exams, auditions, or competitions.
My lessons focus on creating a fun, positive, and goal-oriented learning environment. I aim to make music engaging and enjoyable while helping students build strong technique and confidence. I have experience teaching exam pieces, classical repertoire, and even pop music, and I tailor every lesson to suit each student’s level and interests.
I’m passionate about helping students achieve their goals while enjoying the journey of making music. Let’s make violin lessons something you look forward to every week!

Ashley is an outstanding friend and tutor. She always find the best way to deliver her words, explaining everything super clearly. She's also generally a nice person to be around and lift up the mood. My friends and I enjoy her accompany greatly, not only for the tutoring, but also for emotional support.
