About Sarah
I am a library assistant, but most of my skills are in public speaking, social interactions, and comfort in displaying yourself in large groups. I worked as a musician for ten years as a child and teenager. I'm familiar with the anxiety of public settings, and how to manage your emotions in them!

I give lessons to people of any age or anxiety level. Each lesson is structured in three parts: perception, candor, and conclusion. I listen to an anxiety-provoking scenario, and provide different directions of dealing with that scenario. At first, this seems grueling to students, but over time practice in scenarios makes people feel comfortable in real-life situations.
