About Ombeline
I followed the STAPS option APA course, then I moved on to leisure fitness animation. More recently, I trained in soft techniques and in particular in Pilates technique on mat for adults, seniors and pregnant women. During my pregnancy, I lacked professionals to support me in my practice, so I had the idea to train myself specifically on supporting pregnant and post-childbirth women. Staying and (re) getting fit during and after the arrival of a baby is essential for morale, self-esteem and overall well-being. In addition, gaining physical strength will help a lot when it comes to carrying the baby and all the accessories !! Please note: from February 2021, I will also be offering prenatal pilates sessions!

I currently offer different types of courses for beginners, post-childbirth:. Pilates on mat: gentle muscle building technique without impact, aiming at the overall strengthening of the body from the central sheathing, that is to say a sheath that goes up from the perineum to the top of the belly. Work with breathing and awareness of your body! indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. . Stroller gym: cardio / muscle strengthening work outdoors, in the form of a circuit with different and varied exercises, all with the baby in the stroller! This is a good way to combine walking and physical exercise. And the baby loves it! ESPECIALLY FOR THIS COURSE, I INVITE THE SECOND PARENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COURSE WHEN HE WISHES FREE, for a nice moment of family sport. All my sessions are obviously built according to your desires, your needs. I don't look for physical performance in my classes, but for well-being when you take care of yourself. I offer these courses individually at home / outside or in groups outside. In compliance with barrier measures.

Details
I can come to your home, in this case I calculate the corresponding travel costs on Michelin to make you pay the right price. For outdoor lessons, I offer them at Parc Montcalm. If you prefer another park closer to you, I calculate the travel costs in the same way. As for the fitness-stroller classes with the baby, they can be canceled up to 1 hour before without charge, and postponed to a later date.
