About Evan
I have tutored in math and physics for the past 3 years and have taken multiple college-level math and physics courses (Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra and Differential Equations, Quantum Mechanics, etc.). I've also great experience outside the classroom, working as a mental health and drug prevention advocate.

I let the student drive the tutoring. My main intention is to let them feel heard, and allow them to make mistakes. I often start my tutoring sessions by asking the student to talk me through the concept they are struggling with so I can see the holes in their understanding. Throughout the lesson, I work to patch those holes for the most efficient and effective tutoring sessions.
