My teaching philosophy
In my point of view, language teaching is efficient if teachers:
encourage students’ motivation proposing them to determine short- and long- term goals, set up their plans, award system and take the responsibility for learning on themselves;
increase students’ awareness of efficient language learning and their predispositions and aptitudes;
encourage joining the community (e.g. an international community related to students’ hobbies, a community of the L2 learners, or a language tandem);
encourage combining language learning with students’ hobbies;
encourage creativity in the L2;
work in collaborative group and content learning in L2 are used.

Perfect! Olga is a lovely lady with a positive and supportive energy toward your goal. She has a very good knowledge in English and she will provide you with plenty of different practise materials and homework to keep you focused, motivated and on track.
