Basically i also faced the scenario of obesity and i then started working upon me..i have tried many things for my weight loss but that doesn't work out and also wasted by time.
Then i have gone through many studies..and research by myself and then i started working on the same. And then i got the results in few months that is the reasoni want to share my knowledge. And want to help the teenager who are facing same obesity problem
