My name is Lauren.
I completed my 200 hour ashtanga vinyasa YTT in Indonesia 12 months ago (August 2018) and am passionate about assisting individuals to achieve equanimity in their every day lives through the practice of yoga.

Ashtanga modified primary series:
Modified primary series (MPS) consists of 34 asanas and is a powerful flowing practice with emphasis on ujayii breath to build up internal heat and develop your strength, mobility, focus and coordination. As we progress through the weeks you will develop an understanding of the drishti (yogic gaze), bandhas and the Sanskrit for each asana.
