About Florian
I am a 200 hour Certified Hatha Yoga teacher and I have been teaching classes in Sydney, Australia since February 2018, but I have had 4 years of experience as a trainer to back me up.
Training and motivating people is what I do. I started as a trainer and team leader in McDonald's during my studies.
I then worked as a trainer in non-formal education, facilitatiing workshops on human rights, job searching or international cooperation, and managing groups of 30 to 40 people from different countries during intercultural exchanges and training courses.
I have eventually decided to combine my skills as a trainer and my passion for Yoga in order to become a teacher. My students and peers have always appreciated my smile and the positive vibes and energy that I share throughout my classes.

Hello everyone, My name is Florian, and I am a certified Yoga teacher. I have trained in Khajuraho, India and I am now giving private and open classes in Melbourne CBD.
My classes usually last 1 hour, and they are organized as such:
- Warm up exercises
- Asanas (Yoga poses)
- Final relaxation
