About Csordas
Originally, I am from Hungary, where mathematics and science teaching is scarce. Having moved to Berlin to do the IB diploma, I fell in love with mathematics and physics. During the first months of the IB, I even decided that I want to be a theoretical physicist, and now I am on my way to achieving this goal. I believe that mathematics is often taught wrong, and this is the reason why people have a distaste for it. I operate under the assumption that every human knows mathematics intrinsically, but someone has to show them the specifics. Mathematics, and therefore physics, should just be an exploration, which is much more fun than memorizing formulas.

I am passionate about physics and mathematics, and I focus on helping students genuinely
understand these subjects rather than memorization. Even if one doesn’t enjoy these subjects,
critical understanding is more successful than memorization.
I have ADHD and have had students with ADHD. I have a strong understanding of how it can hinder
students in achieving their goals. I utilize and teach certain methods to help my students stay
focused and engaged not just during our sessions but during exams.
A typical session would usually be an hour but if needed I am available to do more at a time.
Furthermore, consistency is key, so at least once a week would be best for progress.
