About Eric
I am a student at University of Toronto studying life science. My first ever experience in tutoring was to tutor a Grade 8 student about math when I was in Grade 12. I helped him mainly with the concepts that he didn’t understand, and questions that was having hard times dealing with. I also taught him some basic skills in studying such as organizing tasks, time management, and doing well on tests.

I like to teach basic concepts for a student to understand. I mainly focus the class on understanding the material, improving problem-solving skills, and reviewing on wrong answers. Most of all, I highly encourage the students to try these themselves so that they can become independent learners who are able to handle the material with their own capability.
