About Jayesh
I have been playing football from last 20 years. Now i dont play because of family work but want to be in the same field and help players to grow as an individual and guide them and restrict them from making those mistakes which many of my colleagues have made.

My teaching method is not fixed i coach from the individuals point of view. I guide players on their role in team and leadership in a match. I believe in mental training and physical training. i want my players to be happy and enjoy the role of a player. i want them self motivated and not pushed for a position.
I want my players to shine which in turn helps their respected team.
