About Robert

I believe my service stands out because of my attention to detail and by recognizing a client strengths and weaknesses within our first session. There after we're able to utilize our time/workouts to focus on things we need to work on to get the most out of every session.

I enjoy everything about what I do, I'm in love with the game of basketball, to be able to teach it and watch the growth of the kids is the best feeling. From them trying an opposite hand layup for the first time to them being a dominant/productive player on the court. It's a great feeling!

I'm a certified personal trainer
