As an elementary school teacher, I have the privilege to teach from a foundational level. Meaning, I believe that students must first understand “why?”before they advance on to other disciplines. My lessons are geared towards finding the root cause of misunderstanding, to ensure knowledge gaps are closed. Once a strong foundation is built, your knowledge will be extended and challenged through practice and review.
