I adopt the competency approach in teaching physics and mathematics (middle school /high school) by presenting the objective of the lesson in the form of a problem which its solution requires recalling a set of previous knowledge. This method is considered effective by making the learner able to visualize the goal of his learning at the level of all dimensions, as well as involving him in building his learning, something that develops the learner's ability to acquire various knowledges.
