The base of the class depends very much on the teacher like how the teacher delivers the lecture and how much interest he is able to create among the students in the concerned subject plus whether he/she is able to take the whole class with improvement in every student performance or not ? because for me a perfect teacher is not the one whose outstanding students score full marks but the one who can make sure that even below average students can achieve good marks.
So the base of my teaching style is i start the topic with some healthy discussion ,next taking numericals related to it because theory plus numericals gives a good and full knowledge about the topic.
