About Sarah
I have a BA in English with a concentration in writing, and I’m currently a graduate student in a Masters of Social Work program. I’ve been working as an Academic Coach for 5 years in a primarily remote setting, so I’m very comfortable with the nuances and particulars that come with this mode of instruction. I work with students in high school, college, and with adults returning to college as well as those in high school equivalency courses. I’m a part time ELA Instructor, but I love tutoring/coaching English and essay writing online. In my spare time, I do interior painting and miscellaneous projects, play in the dirt, write in my blog, write poetry, and hang out with my Border Collie and my Husky.

I specialize in essay writing, poetry, literature, college essay writing, personal statements, and the unique needs within the adult education realm. Each student is different—some benefit from reading feedback, others from talking things through via live chat. We’ll go over this in the first meeting in order to set up future sessions to be the most beneficial and make the best use of our time.
