About Viggo
For the past 16 years, I have been dedicated to helping students learn the flute with confidence and enthusiasm. I teach school and college students using simple explanations and practical exercises that make learning enjoyable.
My classes cover breathing techniques, posture correction, finger movement, rhythm, scales, articulation, tone production, and expressive performance. I believe that progress comes from patience, consistency, and a positive attitude.
One of my greatest joys is seeing students perform confidently after months of hard work and dedication. Along with flute, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, beginner music composition, and music appreciation.
My goal is to inspire students to enjoy learning music while reaching their highest potential.

I believe music education should inspire students to become confident, disciplined, and creative. My flute teaching methodology is based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to help students enjoy every stage of learning.
Students first build strong fundamentals through breathing exercises, posture correction, rhythm, note reading, finger coordination, and tone production. Advanced lessons include articulation, scales, ornamentation, dynamics, improvisation, musical interpretation, and stage confidence.
I motivate students with positive feedback and practical goals that make learning enjoyable. Communication remains clear and supportive, allowing students to ask questions freely. Integrity helps me maintain honesty, patience, and fairness throughout every lesson.
Creative lesson activities include favourite songs, folk melodies, classical music, listening practice, rhythm games, improvisation, duet playing, and performance preparation. I also teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, ear training, sight reading, and rhythm practice.
