About Jacob

I earned my bachelor's in Biochemistry with minors in Math, Physics, Business, and Ballroom Dance. As a STEM expert and current Adjunct Faculty Researcher at BYU, I am especially good at math and science, and will help you nail those sections. I also scored a 36 on the English and 33 on the Reading section when I took the ACT, so I can help you succeed on those sections too.

About the lesson

Need to prepare for the ACT or SAT but feeling like you need some help understanding both concepts and testing strategies? I believe in teaching for depth of understanding, but I also know the nature of a timed test sometimes necessitates the strategic use of shortcuts to shave off seconds from every question.

To make sure our sessions are most productive, please let me know ahead of time which sections you need the most help on, especially if there are specific types of questions you struggle with. I look forward to working with you and watching you get that dream score!
