About Devesh
I’m a first-year Advanced Computer Science student at UNSW with a strong academic background in Mathematics and Physics. I achieved a Band 6 in Mathematics Advanced, a Band E4 in Mathematics Extension 1, and a Band 5 in Physics in the HSC.
I’m passionate about helping students not just improve their marks, but genuinely understand what they’re learning. I know how frustrating Math and Physics can feel at times, so I focus on explaining concepts clearly, building confidence, and creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.

My lessons are structured, clear, and tailored to each student’s needs. I begin by identifying gaps in understanding, then explain concepts step-by-step using examples before reinforcing them with practice questions. I focus on building strong foundations, problem-solving skills, and exam confidence.
Lessons typically run for 60 minutes. I tutor Mathematics (Standard and Advanced) and Physics for students from primary up to Year 12. As a recent HSC graduate with strong results, I understand the syllabus and common challenges students face, and I aim to make learning both effective and engaging.
