About Quierra
I’m an Aerospace Engineering graduate with a strong academic background (GPA 3.85) and hands-on experience working as an engineering intern at Boeing. Math has always been a subject I genuinely enjoy, and I love helping others feel more confident and capable in it.
As a tutor, I’m patient, encouraging, and well-prepared. I take time to understand each student’s goals and learning style, and I create a supportive environment where questions are always welcome. I know math can feel intimidating, so I focus on breaking concepts down in a way that feels manageable and clear.

My approach as a tutor is focused on clarity, patience, and building confidence. I start by understanding where the student is struggling and how they learn best. I explain concepts step-by-step, emphasizing the “why” behind formulas so students can apply them independently.

What sets me apart is my engineering background. As an Aerospace Engineering graduate with real-world experience, I teach math as a practical tool rather than abstract memorization. I’m especially supportive of students with math anxiety.
