I used to do nursing, but I hated it and switched to Computer Science. Now I work more as a Personal Fitness Trainer and spend way too much time gaming.
How does any of this relate to Math? Simple: all of this comes down to NUMBERS. Whether it is fitness, video games, or health, everything involves some kind of math.
As nerds, we like to call it CALCULATED.

I implement the Pomodoro method in all my study sessions. There is no use constantly overloading the brain with information, it does nothing but stress you out and leaves you with no room for rest.
With the Pomodoro method, it's simply 20 minutes of studying and a small 5-10 minute break. Of course, if time is limited, there is a way to make it work in an hour.
