About Michal
I train in the gym for about 7 years. I have been a trainer for 5. My experience is supported by dozens of metamorphoses, both male and female. My mentees have always been happy with the results and training has become fun and not hard work. I always approach the matter professionally. You will achieve every goal with me!

I base my classes on several years of knowledge. I choose training plans and diets individually to meet the needs of the person. We practice in shift systems. Each workout is completely different. Certainly it will not be boring weight lifting. Lessons are for everyone who wants to do something positive with their physical activity.
