I give learners problems to solve on topics they're confident with, from there on try there on base my tutorials on feedback of their weak points on the topics tested on. A tailor-made of lessons for each individual based on their less understood topics in a method and pace they absorb content. They dictate how the lesson goes based on their rate of understanding where I channel it to productiveness.
