I use the student-centered approach to teaching and tutoring, the focus is on the student's learning and not on the task of teaching. This method is most helpful because it keeps the lines of communication ever open and is inquiry based, the student gets to ask questions and seek answers by direct observation and interaction which is great for tackling any and all problems head on.
I am a native english speaker and I am most proficient in teaching while using english as the medium. I have a neutral accent and clear pronunciation.
In a case where a student is experiencing hardship with a specific topic they can expect either a lesson if the knowledge they have is not enough to progress into a tutoring interaction, and a tutoring interaction where they are knowledgeable enough to identify what they are struggling with. Additional materials are always provided for use outside the meeting times.
My students are aimed at any students who are actively taking the advertised subjects and are struggling to progress it does not matter the level of proficiency in the subject.
