I had the privilege of being Kashish’s batchmate at Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai, and I can confidently say she is one of the most empathetic individuals I have ever come across. Even during our training, her natural warmth and emotional presence stood out. She has an exceptional ability to make people feel heard, respected, and safe, qualities that are invaluable in a therapist.
As a trainee therapist, Kashish embodies strong ethical grounding. She is deeply reflective about boundaries, confidentiality, and client autonomy, and she approaches her work with sincerity and responsibility. What inspires me most is how intentional she is about practicing ethically, not just as a requirement of the profession, but as a personal value system she truly believes in.
Academically, Kashish has always had a strong hold on her subject.
