I have a degree in Finance. I've 36 months work experience. 12 months working experience as a teacher. I was able to improve the average score of the whole class. This means even those students that were considered dull were able to perform better because of the method I adopted in teaching them.

This allows the student to be more expressive thereby revealing his/her area if weakness in the subject.
