I am a Secondary Education-Mathematics Major with an associate's degree completion. I have tutored locally for over 2 years in Mathematics. I am a former Air Traffic Controller for the U.S. Army. I have two small children of my own and a passion for teaching mathematics!

My teaching method is using clear explanation and step by step instruction. Lessons are typically from pre-algebra and up. Humor and excitement are my typical teaching characteristics. I have found that students pick up on the teachers personal attitude towards their subject and convey that feeling towards their own goals! I have been a general education tutor for 2 years but primarily specialize in mathematics.
