About the lesson

I’m currently a post secondary student with a heavy art background
- able to teach a variety of different mediums and subjects with a focus on acrylic, watercolour, and pencil work
- have won and attended various art competitions and showcases
- my speciality is on still life and portraits

Perfect! I booked Vivian for three separate art sessions, one for each of my nieces, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with.

From the very beginning, Vivian was incredibly communicative and thoughtful. She asked about each of my nieces individually, including their ages, interests, favourite colours, and what they enjoyed, so she could plan a session and art project specifically for each of them.

She was also exceptionally organized, coordinating schedules, booking rooms, preparing materials, and making the whole experience incredibly easy for me.

Most importantly, all three of my nieces loved their time with her and were so proud of the art they created. Vivian was patient, kind, and wonderful with them. Even when a little shyness or stubbornness appeared, she knew exactly how to make them comfortable and win them over.

I would highly recommend Vivian to anyone looking for a warm, creative, and genuinely thoughtful art teacher. I will absolutely be booking sessions with her again.

Vivian is a responsible and knowledgeable art teacher. She helped my daughter prepare for a high school art program and taught her various art mediums in a short time. Her creativity, effectiveness, and reliability are evident in the positive outcome. I am very appreciative of her help in my daughter’s success.

I recommend Vivian as a drawing instructor. Seeing her creative process firsthand, I can attest that her talent is matched only by her patience and ability to explain complex concepts in a way that actually makes sense.
