About Claire
My name is Claire, I come from an artistic background as a professional painter. I enjoy teaching art therapy, after years of finding it so helpful for myself. I'm excited to help others find their safe place to unburden themselves from any stresses. I like to start each session with some movement therapy, then transitioning into talk therapy while creatively expressing ourselves, in turn helping the body let go.

I take the time to listen and help through any and all emotions while helping you express those feelings through creativity :) I will guide you through letting out how you feel, by encouraging painting, drawing, clay work, whichever medium feels right for you.
