I love conceptual art including video art, photography, sculpture, and painting. I have 4 years experience in painting the human figure from life as well as portrait painting.

I like to see where my student is at on their path and help guide their hand. Given that I specialize in contemporary and conceptual art, I like to have my student follow their gut impulses, and balance that out with areas of careful observational study. I believe in good, grounded critique as well as positive reinforcement.
