About Mackenzie
Hello! I began tutoring as a volunteer with National Junior Honor Society when I was only 13 years old. Seven years later, I hold my associates degree in education and I am working towards my bachelors and teaching certification. I love English and math, but have successfully tutored each of the core subjects (English, math, history, & science).

The most important thing that I have learned so far while studying to become an educator is that no two children learn in the same matter. Therefore, it is difficult to sum up my instructional techniques. However, one thing I ensure with each student I assist, is that they are comfortable and happy with a technique. Without comfort, it is extremely difficult to be able to retain information!
