About Carole

Je suis belge d'origine et je suis arrivée au Canada depuis peu. En belgique, j'ai fait de études de mathématiques spécialisées en statistiques. Pendant mes études, j'ai eu l'occasion d'être assitant-moniteur, c'est-à-dire d'aider le professeur pour répondre aux questions des étudiants.

J'ai poursuivi mes études en étant assistante professeure pendant 4 ans. J'ai donné des cours de mathématiques, de statistiques et d'introduction à l'informatique.

Sur mon temps libre j'ai aussi donné des cours particuliers ainsi que fait des analyses de données pour des travaux de fin d'études.

Les relations avec mes étudiants se sont toujours très bien passée car je suis très à l'écoute et désireuse de la réussite de l'étudiant. Je cherche toujours la meilleure façon de toucher l'étudiant pour qu'il comprenne et retienne ses apprentissages.

About the lesson

Chaque lesson avec moi débute par une explication des questions ou des incompréhensions de l'étudiant. Ensuite si nécessaire, des explications théoriques seront données agrémentées d'exemples. Des exercices sont ensuite réalisés, tout d'abord avec une explication et ensuite l'étudiant tout seule avec une discussion de la correction.

Je suis très à l'écoute et simple. J'ai l'habitude de côtoyer beaucoup d'étudiants de différents niveaux.

Je peux aussi faire des analyses statistiques (pour des travaux de fin d'étude ou autre) à l'aide du logiciel R.

Je donne des cours de mathématiques et statistique à partir du collège ou fin de secondaire (environ 16-17 ans et +).
