About James

I am 28 years old and live in west London. I have been fortunate enough to travel the world through acting for almost 10 years, from London and Edinburgh, all the way to Canada and America! Through this I have learnt so much about myself and about acting, things that my drama school weren’t able to teach me. So I take all this experience and aim to put it into my teaching. I love teaching because I love seeing others enjoy the thing I love the most. Other things I love are films, sport, travelling and animals.

About the lesson

I take a fun, relaxed approach to teaching acting, as I believe it should be. I am well versed in multiple great techniques from all the best practitioners and we will delve into these together. I also believe in finding what makes you unique as a performer and letting that sing, rather than mould you into something different. I have taught all kinds of standards, so can adapt for any ability. Performing is such a joyous and freeing thing, allowing us to be anything we want to be and I can help you enhance this feeling.
