I take time to understand what others are trying to say. I am 16 so it is also probably easier to explain things to students for me than an adult would. I always try to make sure to have a fun time learning but also try to get to the point and try to help a student in any way they need it. I also have 2 younger siblings at home so I know how kids behave and it’s easier for me to get along with them
