About Maddie
Hi! I'm an 18-year-old automotive student with a passion for writing, reading, and helping others succeed. I graduated high school with a 4.1 GPA and have always enjoyed English, especially grammar and writing. I love sharing what I've learned and helping students build confidence in their skills. While I primarily enjoy working with elementary and middle school students, I'm also happy to help high school students with grammar, reading, literature, writing assignments, homework, and test preparation. My goal is to make learning a positive, encouraging experience where every student feels supported and capable of improving.

I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style to fit their individual needs and pace. My goal is to make learning feel less stressful and more enjoyable by creating a comfortable environment where students can ask questions without feeling embarrassed. A typical lesson includes reviewing previous material, introducing new concepts with simple explanations, practicing together, and finishing with independent work and helpful feedback. I tutor elementary through high school students in grammar, reading, literature, writing, homework help, and test preparation. My patient, encouraging approach helps students build confidence while improving their English skills.
