About Bansal

Hi! I'm currently studying Advanced Computer Science (Honors) at UNSW, and I've always loved math, science and teaching!

I've been tutoring Math and Physics for 3 years, and nothing makes me happier than seeing a student finally understand something they've been struggling with.

I'm friendly, patient and easy to talk to, and I always try to make lessons relaxed, enjoyable and comfortable for asking questions.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy martial arts, running and staying active. I love a good challenge and helping others discover what they're capable of!

About the lesson

I've always loved maths and enjoy helping others realise that it doesn't have to be as difficult as it seems!

I achieved a Band 6 in HSC Mathematics, High Distinctions at university, and have won multiple academic competitions and awards. I hope to share the tips, strategies and study techniques that helped me achieve these results.

My lessons are typically 90 minutes and are tailored to students in Years 8–12. I focus on explaining tricky concepts in simple ways, working through problems together and practising exam-style questions.

I'm patient, approachable and believe that with the right support, anyone can become more confident in maths!
