About Crystal
Hi! My name is Ava, and I’m currently a high school student who enjoys math and helping others learn. I have always been interested in problem-solving and understanding how math works, and I enjoy sharing that knowledge with younger students.
I decided to start tutoring because I know that math can sometimes feel difficult or overwhelming in school. Having someone explain things in a clear and patient way can make learning much easier and less stressful. As a student myself, I can relate to the challenges students face and explain concepts in a way that is simple and easy to understand.
My goal is to help students improve their understanding of math and feel more comfortable asking questions. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students can learn at their own pace and build strong math skills that will help them succeed in school.

I offer affordable one-on-one math tutoring for elementary school students. As a high school student, I understand the topics well and can explain them in a simple and relatable way that makes math easier to understand.
Lessons are personalized to each student, focusing on the areas they need the most help with. I can assist with homework, test preparation and improving understanding of key math concepts. Lessons typically last between 1–3 hours, depending on the student’s needs and what they would like to work on.
My goal is to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace while building confidence in math.
