About Ming Jie

Basketball has been a big part of my life for many years.

• 15+ years of basketball coaching experience
• Developed complete beginners into state-level & semi-pro players
• Experience coaching beginners, school teams & competitive players
• Still actively learning, training and improving my own game
• Still dunking in my 30s
• I believe basketball development has no age limit
• Patient with beginners, but serious about helping players improve

Sometimes, the distance between you and your next basketball skill is simply the right system.

About the lesson

Personalised basketball training based on your current level, goals and needs.

• Shooting, ball handling, finishing & footwork
• Basketball IQ & game application
• Athleticism, jumping & dunk development
• Identify weaknesses and work towards your next breakthrough
• Understand the “why”, not just repeat drills
• 60–90 minutes per session
• Complete beginners to competitive players
• Kids, teenagers & adults — all ages welcome
• Working adults who want to improve and break through again are welcome too

Coach Ming Jie has always been a great mentor to my son. My son learned basketball from him and also took Chinese for SPM, where he did well with Coach Ming Jie’s guidance.

We’re very glad that we’re still keeping in touch even after all these years. Really appreciate his guidance and support throughout my son’s journey.

I’ve been learning basketball from Coach Ming Jie since I was 13, and he’s still helping me with personalised training plans now that I’m playing semi-pro in Taiwan. He was also my Chinese teacher in secondary school. His lessons were always interesting and easy to understand, which made it much easier for us to learn and master the skills. Really grateful to have had him as both my coach and teacher throughout the years. :)
