About Pragati
My name is Pragati Kumari. When I was in my 4th standard, I found social science to be boring subjects and I didn't want to study the subjects. Later, when I was promoted to 6th standard, a new social science teacher came to our school. She changed my perspective of social science as boring subjects. She taught the subjects in a very interesting manner, like teaching history through storytelling, geography by drawing images as at that time the internet was not widely available, economics and polity by some day-to-day practical examples. I noticed there was nothing wrong with the subject but with the traditional teaching method. I also want the students to learn through some storytelling methods, some practical examples, and I will be very happy to contribute to this process.
