About Shell
I am a dedicated professional who has held industry rolls within and external to academia. Having received immense support during my academic journey, I am passionate about giving back and helping students succeed. I understand the challenges in balancing home commitments and studies, and I believe that progress, no matter the pace, leads to achieving your goals. My goal is to support and inspire students to reach their full potential. I also support PhD students during and after their PhD journey including planning, guidance, study support and self-care. I completed my PhD in Applied Psychology in 2016 alongside working full time in industry.
