About Thomas
Hello, my name is Tom Skehan. I formally led the Essential Leadership Skills - Effective Public Speaking course at Warwickshire College. I am currently an Oracy Lead for the English-Speaking Union.
Becoming a truly effective communicator will give you (and your business) a vital competitive edge. I will show you how to get that advantage.
Whether you are presenting in the workplace, creating online content, or leading a team meeting, my coaching will show you how to communicate with real authority and impact.
Whatever the objective of your speaking (e.g. to motivate, to increase sales or to drive through change) your target audience will be far more likely to respond to engaging, powerful, and inspirational communication.
I have a wide range of professional public speaking experience which includes; after dinner speaking, stand-up comedy & executive leadership training.

Excellent communication is a skill that is highly sought after in the business world. It enables an individual to genuinely stand out in what is becoming an ever more crowded and competitive market. It is also a skill that is entirely learnable.
I work with leaders on the 3 core areas that all high-level communicators must be proficient in. I will coach you in any (or all) of the following:
1) How to control any anxiety and/or lack of confidence that you may experience when speaking in front of a group.
2) How to put together engaging, powerful, and inspirational communication.
3) How to master the speaking delivery techniques used by elite communicators.
My aim is to take you to the next level of communication. Poor speakers can become good speakers; good speakers can become outstanding.
My coaching can be delivered in person, at your place of work, or online.
