About Grace
I am a U.S.-based coding instructor with 5 years of experience teaching K-12 students online. I have worked with children who are just starting to explore technology and teenagers who want a stronger base for future studies. My teaching style is gentle, step-by-step, and highly supportive—I break big ideas into small parts and check in often so you never feel overwhelmed. Many of my students are surprised at how quickly they can start writing simple programs once the concepts are explained clearly and slowly.

In my coding lessons for K‑12 students, I make programming feel fun and approachable, even if it’s your very first time. With younger students, I introduce coding ideas using simple, visual logic—such as step‑by‑step instructions, patterns, and “if this, then that” thinking—so they understand how computers follow commands. With older students, we move into real code using Python and basic JavaScript, starting with very short programs and slowly building up. I share my screen during our live lesson, explain each new idea in plain language, and then help you type and run your own code so you can see it working. When something goes wrong, we work through it calmly together and use it as a chance to learn, not as a mistake to worry about. By the end of each lesson, you have created a small piece of code yourself and understand what it does.
