About Michelle

I am from China and graduated from Hainan Normal University and Beijing Normal University majoring Chinese Literature & Language and Teaching Chinese as A Second Language respectively. I have worked in the United States and Italy as a Chinese second language teacher for three years. In addition, I have worked as an HSK paper maker.

About the lesson

My teaching is based on the audiolingual method, that means language proficiency will be improved by a large amount of speaking and listening in which certain structures and patterns have to be followed. Because Chinese has four tones, so pronounces seems really important. Prior to tutoring class, students have to do some preparation like memories some vocabularies, so as to practice grammar and usages efficiently. However, for some teenagers or primary school students, teaching methods will change based on their study motivation and psychology characteristic.
