About Mia
While I haven't held a formal teaching role, my career has been rich with opportunities to educate, guide, and support others. Over 14 years in IT, I’ve consistently mentored colleagues, onboarded new team members, and led knowledge-sharing sessions that helped others grow in their roles. I’ve broken down complex technical concepts into accessible language, created documentation and training materials, and supported peers in navigating both technical challenges and career decisions. My MBA further strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and coach others effectively—especially in writing. I’ve helped peers refine their academic work, prepare for interviews, and set strategic goals for their studies and careers. These experiences have shaped me into a trusted advisor and informal educator, capable of fostering growth even outside a traditional classroom.
