About Berto
Hi, I'm Berto Sonko, originally from Senegal. I’ve grown up in the world of sport since I was six years old and here I am today sharing my knowledge and experience as a personal trainer with you. I support my clients to reach the top of their physical form by working hand in hand with them to achieve mutual goals with motivation, insight and perseverance. We remain consistent day after day to be as close to perfection as possible. Your satisfaction and your well-being is my goal. My diverse experience and in-field expertise ranges from coaching high performing teams to one-to-one coaching with clients recovering major injury or surgery to high net worth individuals, footballers and wrestlers.

Berto is a respectful trainer who takes time to understand his clients needs and abilities to enable great fitness results. I have worked with him while I was recovering from knee surgery and also after giving birth to get back into shape! I saw results within 1-3 sessions!
