About Dinu
With over 14 years of ESL teaching experience, I specialise in helping college students build strong communication skills for academic growth. I believe English should be practical, understandable, and useful in everyday college life.
I design lessons that improve grammar, academic writing, reading comprehension, and pronunciation. I also focus on developing speaking confidence for presentations and classroom discussions.
My classes are engaging and interactive. I use real-life examples, case studies, structured writing practice, and listening activities to strengthen all language skills. I also integrate technology such as digital exercises and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
I create a positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and practising without fear. I provide detailed feedback and regular progress reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on practical exposure and continuous practice. I believe English should be learnt by using it in real situations. I include real-life examples and case studies such as workplace communication, travel experiences, academic discussions, and social interactions. This helps students understand how English works outside the classroom.
Motivation is an important part of my teaching. I encourage students to speak regularly and practise consistently. I help them set small, realistic goals and appreciate every improvement. A positive and friendly environment builds confidence.
When students face difficulties, I apply problem-solving strategies. I carefully identify the weak areas and provide simple explanations. I design exercises to improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency step by step.
Integrity is one of my core values. I give honest feedback and maintain professionalism in every session. I focus on genuine learning and long-term improvement.
Flexibility allows me to adjust my teaching style according to the student’s level and pace. Besides ESL, I also teach spoken English, business communication, grammar correction, academic writing, and interview skills.
