About Yuki

I'm a Japanese language teacher living in Nagoya. My favorite phrase is, “People are so interesting!”—I love getting to know all kinds of people and making new connections. I'd love to hear all about you! Let's discover the joy of expressing yourself in Japanese, at your own pace and in your own way.

About the lesson

I welcome students of all levels and will first assess your current Japanese level so that I can create lessons that are truly tailored to your needs and goals.
My lessons are mainly conversation-based, because I believe that speaking with a native Japanese teacher is one of the best ways to improve your Japanese naturally. Through conversation, you will learn not only vocabulary and grammar, but also how native speakers actually choose their words, express themselves, and think in Japanese.

I also create original learning materials tailored to each student, so you can study at your own pace without feeling overwhelmed. Whether your goal is to improve your conversation skills, prepare for the JLPT, travel to Japan, work in Japan, or simply enjoy learning Japanese, I will help you find a learning style that you can continue comfortably and consistently.
