About William
I am an English native speaker who has had many years of experience teaching French and English to both children and students of different nationalities including French, Italian, German, and Spanish. I have coached students for the TOEFL English exam helping them to improve their language proficiency, oral comprehension, and gain a high level of written English. I have a Bachelor's in art history from the Sorbonne in Paris as well as degrees in orchestration and contemporary musical composition from the École Normale de Musique de Paris.

In my teaching I emphasize informal conversation with the students about their interests and hobbies. We explore a variety of subjects including food, culture, travel, history, and music.
I enjoy working with people from different countries and discussing their language and culture as well as engaging in language-related games and activities to improve vocabulary and oral comprehension.
