About Caitlin
I am an engineer who loves to play sport and I am interested in designing prosthetic legs in the future. I wish to give back and inspire young students to have the confidence to study technical subjects and excel in school. I have coached young kids in athletics and I have tutored my brothers from a young age in maths and physics.

I approach each learning topic by trying to relate the content to real life experiences. I believe if a student realises the importance of the topic in different settings it will help to encourage them to focus. Each lesson will begin with revising the basics and engraining key skills before applying them to more complex problems. At the end of each lesson I ask them how confident they feel in applying their knowledge and how they would have done the lesson differently. Asking students how they would approach the lesson can often help to see where I should focus future learning.
