About Kristine

It is an honor to help mothers prepare for birth and motherhood. I am thankful for my own 4 pregnancies and births, as well as the experiences I have gained through walking this journey with my clients as a birthkeeper. I don't believe that women need to have to childbirth education in order to successfully give birth; that is innate and intuitive. I do believe that taking this childbirth education can equip you to navigate the modern maternity care system that disconnects women from their intuition and innate ability to give birth.

About the lesson

Using video lessons and an arsenal of pdf downloads I equip moms to embrace the journey of pregnancy through postpartum. Lessons are for those who are preparing for the growth of their family. You can expect video lessons that inspire and equip you with practice information and pdfs that help you determine what is the best options for you.
